Griffin Keystone LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LAP LAW Live for internal business purposes. One license covers one company and one AI model. All employees at the licensed organization may use the licensed model. Each additional AI model requires a separate license. Individuals not affiliated with a company are licensed at small business rates.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the scoring mechanics, rubric weights, or internal calculations. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software. You may not use this software to train, fine-tune, or evaluate competing AI systems without a separate royalty agreement.

A 5% gross revenue royalty applies to any AI model, product, or service that incorporates this framework into model weights or training data. A 5% savings royalty applies on documented savings above your prior annual AI spend average while this product is deployed. Royalty agreements must be executed in writing before any qualifying use begins.
On each launch, machine hostname, machine ID, organization name, evaluation count, and session timestamp are reported to Griffin Keystone LLC for license compliance. No prompts, responses, or company content are ever transmitted. All company data processed by the system remains on your infrastructure.
This software is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. Griffin Keystone LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of this software.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in Michigan courts.
When you run LAP LAW Live, the following metadata is reported to Griffin Keystone LLC on each launch: organization name (as entered at registration), machine hostname, machine ID (an anonymous hash — not a personal identifier), evaluation count, days remaining in pilot, license tier, and session timestamp.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any prompts you type, any AI responses, any company documents or data, any personal names or email addresses, or any content from your connected data sources. Your company data never leaves your infrastructure.
The metadata we collect is used solely for license compliance — to verify active pilots, track evaluation counts, and identify when licenses are approaching expiration. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for any marketing purpose.
Pilot metadata is retained for the duration of the pilot period plus 90 days. Licensed customer metadata is retained for the duration of the license plus one year for compliance records.
You may request deletion of your pilot or license metadata by contacting us at GriffinKeystoneLLC.com with your Pilot ID or License ID. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

The following are proprietary trade secrets of Griffin Keystone LLC and are never disclosed: the LAP LAW scoring equation, rubric weights, calculation methods, threshold values, drift detection algorithms, component weighting logic, and any internal mechanics of the scoring engine. You receive plain English results only.
By accepting the pilot or purchasing a license you agree to never disclose confidential information to any third party, never attempt to reverse engineer the scoring mechanics, never use confidential information to build competing measurement tools, and to notify Griffin Keystone LLC immediately of any known or suspected breach.
NDA obligations survive indefinitely — including after your pilot or license ends.
Breach of the NDA causes irreparable harm for which monetary damages would be inadequate. Griffin Keystone LLC is entitled to seek injunctive relief without bond in addition to all other remedies available at law.
